Before delivery

A buyer may cancel before work starts for a full refund from escrow.

After delivery

Buyers can request revisions, then open a dispute. Only the disputed milestone is frozen.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method through Flutterwave, or as wallet credit if the buyer chooses.
