Account data

UtilitasAI stores verified account details, profile information and records of your workspace activity. Access requires an authenticated session.

AI inputs

Text submitted to a studio is sent to the configured AI provider to produce a result. Provider retention and processing terms require review before production activation. Do not submit credentials or sensitive identity documents.

Private files

Uploads are private and download links expire after five minutes. Do not share private links with people who should not receive the file.

Identity and rights

NIN collection is disabled. Contact the operator through the enquiry form for privacy requests; automated export and account deletion are awaiting implementation.
